Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Voltessa, operated by Consensu EOOD (trading as "Voltessa"), registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (EIK 207238821). By creating an account or otherwise using Voltessa, you agree to these terms.

The service

Voltessa is an AI-powered platform that operates solar (and, in the future, other renewable) energy assets on behalf of their owners. This includes monitoring plant/device telemetry, and — where you enable it — automatically stopping or resuming electricity export based on market prices and thresholds you configure.

This is not only a monitoring dashboard: automation you enable results in real commands sent to your connected plant, which can have real operational and financial consequences. You should treat every threshold and automation setting as a real operational decision, not a cosmetic preference.

Accounts and organizations

Voltessa accounts belong to one of two roles: a Plant Owner, who registers an organization and connects and operates plants, or an Energy Trader, who may be granted read-only access to a Plant Owner's data if that Plant Owner (or Voltessa on their behalf) assigns them.

An Energy Trader's access is read-only: it never includes the ability to change plant settings, automation thresholds, or export mode on a Plant Owner's behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you provide (including billing and energy market settings), and for ensuring you are authorized to connect any plant or FusionSolar account you connect to Voltessa.

You are responsible for the automation thresholds and settings you configure. Voltessa executes the settings you choose; it does not guarantee any particular financial outcome, and you remain responsible for reviewing whether your configuration matches your own operational and commercial intentions.

Fees

Any fees for using Voltessa are as agreed separately between you and Voltessa (for example, in an order form or commercial agreement). These Terms of Service do not themselves set a price.

Ending your account

You may delete your own account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. As described in our Privacy Policy, this permanently deletes your account and profile data; it does not delete your organization or its plant/telemetry/automation data, which belongs to the organization rather than to any one account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used without authorization to connect a plant, or where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Voltessa is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian law, Voltessa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue from automated export-mode decisions made using the thresholds and settings you configured.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Voltessa is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under EU law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
